Charters (hourly usage)
1. To insure your reservation, the deposit amount can be placed on hold using a credit card. Deposit by check or money order rmust be made within 5 days, along with signed contract to insure your reservation. You have 10 days to cancel. After 10 days of signing your contract your deposit will be non refundable. Balance is due 5 day's before pickup. $100 (non-refundable) deposit is required on limousines & $200 ( non refundable ) deposit on SUV's. Deposit can be credited toward future use if you cancel after 10 days.
2. Checks accepted for payment of services within 10 days prior to pickup.
3. There will be a $25 charge for returned checks.
4. Client agrees that there will be no smoking in our vehicle(s).
5. Client assures that no illegal drugs will be consumed in our vehicle(s).
6. Client agrees that the passenger capacity of vehicle provided shall not be exceeded.
7. In case of misconduct by your party, chauffeur has the right to terminate this agreement without any refunds.
8. Client holds limousine service harmless and not liable for any personal or material damages arising from the conduct of his/her party.
9. Client is responsible for damages to the vehicle committed by his/her party during service, either willfully or accidentally. $225 for Bodily fluids,$50 for spills, $5 for each broken glass, $40 for ice bucket.
10. Client is responsible for the full payment of any overtime charges, beyond the original agreement.
11. All deposit's are due 5 day's after receiving contract.
12. Balance is due 7 day's prior to pickup, unless paid by credit card.
Airport Transfers
All reservations must be held by credit card. Cash can be paid the day of if not charged on a credit card. Cancellations are to be made 48 hrs. prior to pick up. If you make a cancellation after the deadline, there will be no refund. The client is responsible for all damages that occur to the vehicle due to their neglect or the neglect of their guest. All vehicles are non smoking vehicles. Gratuity is to be given to driver if not included with credit card charge.
